Where do you ship?

Worldwide. The United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and most other countries. Some destinations may be restricted for certain items — we'll let you know at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

From dispatch: 3–7 business days within the UK, 5–12 days to Europe, 7–15 days to the US and Canada, and 10–21 days for the rest of the world. Suppliers typically prepare orders within 1–3 business days before they ship. See our Shipping Policy for full detail.

Why do shipping times vary?

Each Artysan piece ships from the studio or supplier that made it. A linen throw from Lithuania, a print from Germany, a ceramic mug from Portugal — each travels its own route. We share honest estimates, not aspirational ones.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. International orders may carry multiple tracking numbers if items ship from different supplier locations.

Are duties or customs included?

For UK orders, yes — the price you see is the price you pay. For EU orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout via the IOSS scheme, so no additional charges on delivery. For larger EU orders and for non-EU international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These are payable by the recipient and vary by country.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and items go directly to the originating supplier (which may be outside the UK). Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our cost. Full detail in our Refund Policy.

Are pieces handmade?

Many are. Where a piece is hand-thrown, hand-poured, hand-printed, or hand-finished, we say so on its product page. Small variations between pieces are part of the character — not a flaw.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet — because each piece ships from a different studio, we can't guarantee a uniform finish. We're working on it. In the meantime, most of our suppliers package pieces simply and beautifully by default.
